Smooth Skip and Seeking

Move through a track or jump to the next one with hard cuts or smooth crossfades.

StemFM gives you two ways to move on: a hard skip that jumps straight to the next track, and a smooth skip that crossfades into it so the music never stops.

Skipping

  • Hard skip — go straight to the next or previous track.
  • Smooth skip — crossfade into the next track for a seamless transition. Ask the AI DJ for a “smooth skip”.

Seeking

Jump to any point in the current track with the transport controls, or tell the AI DJ where to go — “jump to 1:30” or “rewind 10 seconds”.
